We recently experienced a major disaster in our 120,000 sq ft office building when 30 pipes burst due to extreme freezing temperatures. Water was pouring from the third and second floors down to the first, and the situation could have caused catastrophic, irreparable damage. Alan, the manager from this remediation company, was on site for several days straight, coordinating an operation that was nothing short of heroic. He hasn’t slept in three days, yet he remained fully present, calm, and hands‑on throughout the entire emergency. Motty was so helpful and was there with us every step of the way. He answered all of our questions patiently and walked us through the process of giving all the information to insurance.
