My rating for this review is neither good or bad. I am sharing my experiences and the sequencing of communication. Our little community of townhomes was affected by a hurricane which caused some damage property. I was looped in my by neighbor. They provided a quote for each unit. When I saw quote, it was a spreadsheet with the tree number and the amount. It is not a quote that would be acceptable in any other circumstance. When I asked for the detail support the quoted repair, I was asked what do you mean? I respond breakdown the cost across cost and labor. I received a quote that was 25% cheaper than the excel sheet total for my unit. When I asked the clarification, they responded sorry, we have so many units. Fast forward to today.
