I called Stephen after several frustrating/unsuccessful attempts to get extra keys made for our front door. He indicated that the lock probably needed to be taken apart and cleaned, and that the key copying process (ie. copies of copies) eventually compromises the integrity of the key. Sure enough, he was right. He cleaned and lubricated all of our locks and produced original-manufacture quality keys for us. What a difference! I highly recommend Stephen for any of your locksmith needs. He is professional, personable, and punctual!
