Lexi left my house shining and smelling fantastic! She’s very personable and easy to work with. We went over everything I’d like done and she did it expertly. I really like Lexi and hope to have her in the future. 100%

Mostly I was pleased with the service. I had two things that weren’t what I expected. 1) If anything was done on the utility room, I couldn’t tell it . The next day, I moved some stuff around and cleaned it . 2) mold was mentioned when discussing the job and I said there was some in one bathroom. I mentioned it to the guy who was cleaning upstairs. He said he tried and it needed some special cleaning. Since bleach is usually good for cleaning mold, I was disappointed. Overall I was happy with the service, and look forward to continuing .

I have been dealing with golden roll. Cleaning for many years, both in residential now and in a business while working with apartment mart of Springfield. I have always felt like they do a great job tonight. The person who did my cleaning got here. A little late left about 30 minutes earlier. I paid for 3 hours. So I did not get quite that very hour, but what she did clean and the job that she did was very well done. The only complaint I have is that she did not stay for those 3 hours. So I did not get my full money's worth.

They weren't able to get the full house cleaning done today but are scheduled to come back tomorrow to finish. Great job so far! My mother is very pleased!
