Eric Bush with Golden Rule Repair & Remodeling in Lakeland is a good handyman. He did some roof siding replacement that had rotted. When finished it looked brand new. I have referred my friends and family to Eric for all sorts of things. He will do a good job at a fair price. Before and after pics attached.

Eric repaired an issue I had with a couple of walls. He removed old wallpaper and put in drywall. Eric knows what he's doing! I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.
