100 percent consistent, failing in 16 projects. Every time we order material, came wrong, extra material that we dont need, necessary material missing. When you go back everything they forgot you have to pay again to get the basic material. This week was a top of ridiculous. Sent the cabinet without me trim required to install, blamed my team that should be an expert on control their expertise and catch their limitation on sell their product with all parts required to assemble. Projet started at 13k and it is over 21k and going as they also sent wrong color of toekick, 8 extra dishwasher panels and a corner cabinet that is going to the trash as we done have place for it.
