Metal did not match and was two different colors. All metal was ordered at the same time. Contacted them and they would not replace or refund.
Jeff and Ted were so hospitable and easy to work with. Their office was very welcoming! We enjoyed a cup of great coffee and a doughnut while we were waiting on the paperwork to process
