When talking to Jeremy on the phone, he was quick to talk and slow to listen and understand. Perhaps in person he is different. I had a misunderstanding with him which he deemed was all my fault. He hung up on me and was unwilling to resolve the issue when I reached out a second time. It was disappointing that he didn't want to take the time to help me understand what he was proposing. He took my questions personally when my purpose was to understand.

Wow! We are thrilled with our new Trex deck. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. The Gold'n Rule team was responsive, extremely professional and walked us through the process from start to finish. They worked long days to ensure the project was completed in our timeline which was no small feat considering the weather and remote location.
