Did such a wonderful job on my house. I had a hail storm come through and damaged my roof and gutters and they came and did a free estimate (was recommended Goliath from my neighbor who also got his house done by them) This is the first time I’ve ever had to file a claim with home owners insurance and Ben made it so easy and seamless for me. Matthew and his crew did a great job cleaning up behind themselves and Ben and Matthew both even came over themselves afterward to check on the progress and make sure everything looked good and was cleaned up after they left. Goliath Roofing was the best company I have worked with in years! Lamont Barber was very kind and efficient helping me work with my insurance company! He was excellent in keeping in contact with me and letting me know the steps to the process. Chris Garcia was great in overseeing the project got completed exactly how it was described! Matt came by as the awesome crew finished their professional work! They cleared all the debris from around the house, carefully making sure all sharps were cleaned up! From start to finish of my roof replacement, my experience with Goliath Roofing has been outstanding.Customer service is a priority. Both Cody and Chris made a point to make sure things were done right and that I was totally satisfied. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to get the roof completed, cleaning up at the end of each work day. Chris checked on the roof installation to make everything was up to standards. On final inspection, he found a few things that needed to be replaced and arranged to have them fixed without hesitation. Goliath is very organized, adheres to timelines, and communicates well. He was very dedicated, amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and really, really helpful. Because of some issues with my insurance, the whole ordeal took months to get resolved, Darius and his manager were very patient, and collaborative, assisted me in any question or concerns I had in timely and very professional manner. From start to finish service and communication were top notch. Rashaad Hunt our sales rep made the selection process super easy and was thorough during the project. Matt Lambert our project manager was on time and went above and beyond to make sure the project was complete to our liking. Thanks to the installers as well for their organization and cleanliness. Everything was cleaned up and left in great condition upon finish. Overall the whole team at Goliath was great and I can proudly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new roof!
