I was accosted by a young man parked next to me in a parking lot in this truck. They had chosen the spot next to me in a very empty parking lot and basically had my car blocked in on the left side. The man in the truck said he was the son of the owner and decided to insult me, tell me to do derogatory things to his anatomy and then topped it off by telling me how ugly I was. He recorded me, while saying these things. Good representative of the quality of this company. Hopefully, if he is waiting to take ownership, someone will wrangle him in because I wouldn't want this guy anywhere near my home or others.

Never use this company! I will never use them ever again! I gave them all my business installing 2 HVAC's and a new Noritz tankless water heater. I even sent them referrals! I had an issue with the tankless water heater on Friday 11/7, and called to schedule a technician. They told me the earliest they had was Wednesday 11/12. I asked if they could do Friday but they could not. She "squeezed me in" for Monday and no one showed up. I called and they said sorry we can do Wednesday the original date she gave me. I said fine. Monday comes and still no one shows. They told me the technician had "emergency surgery" i was like wow. Hope that's not a story she just made up. I had a terrible experience with them. They're a 3rd party for ocean properties, and I needed my heater and central air fixed. This company had canceled on me 3 times before coming the 1st time. They changed the motor and it messed up less then 2 weeks. I reported it and they were called back and they canceled 3 times again with no notification of why.. Just wouldn't show up. It was very annoying and irritating to continue calling ocean properties to call them back each time each time there was no call no show.. So unprofessional. Hopefully the job got done right this time. I also have to add that Steve one of the personal that came had a bad , rude aggressive way of responding. I would like to start of saying Gomez heating does take care of their customers. My AC was not working; I called and got appointment. Technician came out 2 days later and said it was fixed. It was not fixed, so I called back and they sent a technician out again. I was informed it was a part they had to order, and it would take some time. I was mad at first and Thanks to Edith, she was able to calm me down and take care of business and ensure me that it will be taken care of and apologize for the delay. The Technician came out Manuel, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided. He explained everything that was done. Came inside and made sure all vents are working properly. Two weeks ago when ac stopped they came out and said need a new motor well order it and install in Monday (three days later) never hear anything call they say still waiting for motor. 10 days later they show up randomly but not not because they had there jobs confused. Thought was here for a leak I say no we’ve been baking in this heat waiting for your motor. The guy says let me call the office and figure this out. Sits in his van for 10min then disappears without saying anything.
