I was very pleased with the level of work and service. Very professional, helpful, and the crew worked hard to clean our vents PROPERLY. Also reasonably priced - they provided more services than other companies who would have done just a "cursory" cleaning. I'll use them again.

I had a great experience with Gonzalez Heating and Cooling from beginning to end. Kudos to the pleasant lady that runs the front desk and to the knowledgeable technicians. Their pricing was reasonable. I had a blower fan and motor replaced.

Gonzales Heating and Cooling provided excellent customer service when replacing a dead A/C unit. I called on a Sunday, when they were closed, had a quote on Monday. Once I decided to proceed, they had the unit and crew here in 2 days to get it fixed! Their techs were all professional, courteous and very thorough. I would absolutely work with Gonzales H & C again in the future!!! And, I would not hesitate to recommend Sonny, Braeanna and the entire team to my friends and family.

Had them out to service my dryer vent, it was easy to schedule, the techs were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future. Thanks!
