I used Roberto's service after my house suffered from water damage in 2022. Roberto replaced the damaged floor tiles, sanded, polished, and refinished my flooring, within a short period of time and for a good price. The flooring ended up looking better than new. Roberto is also swift at communication. Highly recommended.

We used Gonzalez Custom Flooring last spring to redo our hardwood floors in our rental. George came out the same day to provide a quote and offered the best price. We agreed and the job was done within less than 3 days. George was professional and when I noticed a small imperfection, he had his guy come right back out to correct it to ensure we were satisfied. George was able to send a team up to level and repair our subfloors, as well as install new luxury vinyl and carpet throughout our condo in silverthorne. It looks beautiful and they were the first company willing to repair our cracked and broken, 50 year old subfloor. Other local companies in summit county wouldn’t even give us a quote or they would quote us outrageous numbers. We did all but one bathroom in our condo, and as soon as we have some money saved up we want him to do our last bathroom as well! They also were able to come start the work as soon as the materials were ordered and delivered, which from start to finish took less than a month.

I hired Gonzalo and his company twice, once to replace carpet with hardwood floors and another time to install carpet in my downstairs basement. The quality of his team’s work is great. I would bring them in again for another project any time.
