Gonzo's Heating and Cooling

The installer arrived on time and worked quickly, which I appreciated. However, for a $6,800 job, the quality was disappointing: one living room register was missing, airflow was uneven, a rough hole was cut, registers were left dangling, no covers were installed, and debris remained. Overall, the work is sloppy, unfinished, and not industry standard.

Manny translated well for the plumber, and the plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. They were both pleasant and I look forward to their next visit to complete thd job. Thank you so much! Manny, Manny, and Jose(?) came at 6:00 this evening and installed a garbage disposal in the sink and fixed a bathroom pipe leak. They were all three polite, friendly, and easy to visit with. They finished the jobs in less than an hour and left the work areas clean and uncluttered. They seem to enjoy their work and take pride in their work, and I appreciate their efficiency. Oh, and they like sugar cookies!

Our heating and cooling system was a mess. We had Two companies Come out for a repair and each time they said they would not touch it because it was a safety Hazard. We’re brand new homeowners and when we purchased the house, The previous owners put in a brand new furnace. Not only was it put in backwards, Our AC unit was put in incorrectly as well. The previous company Wouldn’t come fix it. Every company that came to look at it wouldn’t even Quote me for the work. Manny and his team came out and took care of us. his team really cared about the safety of our family .They Were very respectful, efficient and quick. I cannot recommend this company enough! Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for his team !

They were fast, responsive, and extremely efficient. I called with an emergency due to water overflowing in our basement, and even though it was later in the day, they made time to fit us in. The issue was handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

The guys came out and immediately identified the problem. They got our heat back on temporarily until a part could be ordered. They were both very courteous and I could tell they were very knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC problems.
