I have nothing negative to say. Troy came when he said would. They did exactly what I needed them to do, in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and pleasant. I'd go through them again.

Mark & Austin did a fantastic job at our home. Highly recommended. They were on time, extremely knowledgeable, had the resources w/ them to make the required work product, & had excellent support. I am a 33 year REALTOR & I know great service providers when I see one. The builder's electrician wouldn't come to make repairs we needed on our 9 month old home. My insurance person told me that Gooch Smith company was very good. They are great. If you need an electrician to wire a home, re-wire a home, add an electrical switch, repair one that's incorrectly installed by another electrician, or just hang a ceiling fan, Gooch Smith in Guthrie OK is the best you can call, in my opinion.

Nothing but nice things to say. We needed a switch fixed in the attic before the inspector was to come the next day and they moved our day up. Troy was on time, got the work done, and fixed the switch. Definitely would recommend!

Dealing with Troy was a hellish ordeal. When he was almost immediately abrasive in spite of the glowing recommendation I’d received I SHOULD have RUN. But WHO would think anyone SO evil that with full knowledge that you were developing a piece of raw land and would be using a new 2020 Fifth Wheel as temporary housing, leave you with no power plug! Was even worse when I let him know it wasn’t there and THEN he grudgingly put in a 30 amp receptacle. I have a FIFTY AMP RV and he KNEW it. Even having been given the exact distance from the road and droveway AND blazing pink flagged pins he PLOPS that eyesore in the EXACT place I said NOT TO EVEN LOOK AT! I’m a newbie at all this and he treated me like PURE TRASH! . His negligence led to over three THOUSAND dollars of extra expense. Six months

My call was answed on the first call. I was given a timeline and they kept me updated and very good communication. Very professional. I am so happy with my new fixture. Job well done.
