John was great to work with from start to finish. He was very easy to communicate with, he was on time for the inspection, and very professional. He made our first home inspection enjoyable & made us feel more comfortable with our decision. He took about two hours to inspect the whole property, so yes he is very thorough. Nothing went unnoticed! He pays very close attention to detail. I didn’t have to worry about taking notes because he was so on top of it. He will for sure give you a detailed report. As a first time home buyer, fishing for prices or who to choose may be stressful, but if I were to buy 10 more houses I would have him inspect every single one without a doubt. My experience with John as a first time home-buyer was extremely helpful. He was extremely thorough in all respects, and the level of professionalism showed while at the inspection, as well as the extensiveness of the report for the home (which was 82 pages in length, with pictures documenting each area of concern), was profound. Throughout his inspection he talked to us about all of his findings while educating us on the extent of any problems and the proper way to address them.
