I had Good Vibes HVAC install a new furnace, and Jessie and Ismael exceeded every expectation. They walked me through my options without any pressure, scheduled quickly, and showed up exactly when they said they would. The installation was clean and efficient, and they were respectful of my home. The best part is the savings — my heating costs dropped noticeably right away. I feel like I finally have a system I can rely on. I’d absolutely use them again.

100% happy! I have an older home (1979) with wall heaters (no ducts). I was thrilled to find out that I could have ceiling units aka "cassettes" installed with a mini-split (instead of the bulky wall units). I consulted with several other companies and was never offered this option. The ceiling units are great! They are super quiet (I don't notice them turning on or off) as is the outdoor unit (except for feeling the fan blow, it makes almost no noise). The installation crew was respectful, trustworthy, and friendly. They got the job done in record time and left the place cleaner than it was when they started!! They made a concerted effort to ensure that the addition of the mini-split is esthetically unobtrusive. Communication was fantastic and I knew what to expect every step of the way.

Jessi and Isamel team are professional, polite and most important very helpful. Knowledgeable and trying their best to do it right by not rushing to get it done. Easily reachable and answer my questions clearly. I am happy with their services with my tankless water heater, HVAC.
