Not usually one to write reviews, but this was truly one of the most awful customer service experiences I've ever had... STAY AWAY!!!!! The motor to our pool pump blew a few weeks ago. We called to have someone come service and they came out and basically confirmed what we already knew and auto-charged us $140, to (like I said) confirm what we already knew. Mind you, they just replaced the motor last year. So we figured under a year old, this would still be under warranty. After days of calling and emailing and getting no response, they finally told us that since the pump was installed in 2023 that we are no longer under warranty. Charged $300 for no solution. Will not be using again. Called and emailed multiple times to get them out to fix a leak in our pool. Multiple occasions of failed communications on scheduling and billing. Finally had someone come out and search for a leak only for them not to find it and told us to schedule another appointment and fill up the pool a bit with our hose a day before they came out since the leak was above the line of the water now. Our pool leaked more and we tried to schedule them again to come out, telling them they missed it. Our pool leaked the whole way down to a foot of water left before they got use scheduled and then wanted us to fill the pool the whole way back up before they came out which is going to be $900+ worth of water. I had a large above ground pool installed in 2020. Since then I’ve had 2 faulty pump replacements, plumbing repairs and now the frame is bulging all around the pool. Nobody has returned my calls or emails requesting service. My next step is writing the BBB. I have been understanding and patient with them but I am regretting my decision to do business with this company.

Recommend going somewhere else if you are looking for a hot tub. I purchased hot tub 2 yrs ago which is still covered under warranty. I have had two motors replaced and am now told I need another .This last service call was for a whistling noise and black oil residue in our entire spa. The service guy claimed the noise was fixed but had to order our third motor which leaked burnt pump material into our spa. Motor came in and service guy came back and installed motor and left. The next day I went to use the tub and the high pitched whistling noise was still there. Called and was told another service fee would be charged and they came back at a later date and actually fixed it . I don’t agree with this charge because that was the initial call but it wasn’t fixed. Went to store and was
