The Lebanon store is awesome . I do buy near as much chorine as i did before I had I started taking water to the store to be tested. And I received a gold star on my bottle . Great service , Jim

We are "over the moon" and thrilled not only with the product, but the service as well that we have received from Goodall Pools. We are a 5-Star Bed & Breakfast just outside Hershey and north of Lebanon Valley College in North Annville. Our pool liner "died." We weren't aware of that until the cover was pulled back in late winter 2025. Shelby at the Lebanon store had been working with us the past year, answering questions about what we would need to do when "the day came" that the liner had to be replaced. We always appreciate her cheerful attitude, very clean store, and friendly staff. Shelby does a terrific job representing the company, and helping her customers. Great place for all your spa needs and more. Service is top notch and Shelby the store manager is absolutely amazing and so very helpful and so very knowledgable about the products and has helped me tremendously to get my hot tub back on track and help me understand what I am to be doing. So very friendly. pleasant and courteous as well as professional I just can't say enough good about her and this store. I wish I could give more stars for this review. Thank you and oh one more thing....I had them out to fix my pump and that service was quick easy and top notch as well and they answered all my questions and did a great job never let me down like I said top notch service and nothing less than excellent work and help!
