I have used Goodberlet for several years. I had them install my new furnace a few years ago also. Scheduled them for yearly maintenence and everything seemed ok except I was still hearing a louder rattling noise. I called them and they sent out a new guy Carl to check it out. Carl did a thorough check and tightened things up so there was no longer a loud noise. He was not in a hurry but was very informative and friendly. They also did not charge me to come back out and do a recheck. I highly recommend this company.

Always amazing service from Goodberlet! Our furnace had stopped working on the coldest day so far this winter, and Carl came out and installed the part we needed and got us up and running so quickly, and he was super friendly! We have been using them since the 90s and we have always had great experiences.

Carl was our tech and was awesome. I've used other companies in the past and he's the best I've had. You can tell he truly cares about helping people. He was very honest and thorough and walked me through his findings. He wasn't in a hurry and trying to put a band aid on the situation like other companies I've had. I'll be sticking with Goodberlet in the future.

Heat went out on a Sunday it was super cold out like 10. Called goodberlet to come out and they came out at 2 pm but didn’t know how to bypass the thermostat to give me heat they needed to talk to Trane tech support who was closed on Sunday. So they just said couldn’t do anything till Monday and left me with no heat. Were seniors! Then came back Monday and called tech support and bypassed thermostat. We got heat ! They never offered heaters or anything to get us thru the night. Then they tried to charge us 800. For a thermostat that was under warranty and I wrote a check so they wud order thermostat. Then I found paperwork and had to argue with them to get my money back cause thermostat was under warranty. It took them 3 days to return my check cause service guy took it home. Dont

Carl came out to do my seasonal tune-up for winter. He was very informative on what he was doing and why. Explained likely causes for past issues and steps to take to avoid future problems. And he was just super friendly. Plus, Goodberlet pricing was far below what other companies were charging for the same service. This was my first time using them but they've gained a customer on all future projects.
