I have been doing business with this location for years. Back when C24 was $24.95! The guys there are very knowledgeable about products and their ability to quote all types of roofs in a timely fashion is very impressive. Even if they can't match box store pricing the level of service they give every customer is a rare gem in this industry.

I have been shopping at Richards Kankakee branch for many years. Both of our company’s have grown over the years. The loyalty goes both ways. Very satisfied with the knowledge and products offered. I needed to match some hard to find vinyl siding to repair stirm damage on my garage. They found it and called me when it was ready 4 pick up. When i arrived i realized it was too large to fit in my car. They offerred to deliver it and didnt want to charge me. Wow. I was impressed. Nice people...very rare. Thank you. I'LL be back
