I had a really great years of service with Goodrich oil. When Eastern took over, I no longer got to have my favorite people work on my equipment. But they didn't disappoint. I had one incident but the professionals that work there quickly rectified the situation and all is well. Miss the newport crew. Hope all are well. Claremont crew cool. 👍🏻

Great service! Great people! We have been customers of Goodrich for 4 years and have nothing but good reports. They will often deliver to us the same day we call. We can always get ahold of them and they take care of their customers. They came to our house once on a cold night when our furnace was acting up. We can depend on them and that is important. Their prices are competitive, but even if they were higher than average, we would still use them.

We have been using them for many, many years and they are GREAT! Always right there when we need them. They are friendly from the office staff to the drivers and repairmen. I don't know that we would trust anyone else to be so reliable and affordable. We never heard the same accolades regarding other competitors. Goodrich Oil is the best!

Have used this company for so many years I cant even remember not having them. Always extremely prompt and courteous service. They go above and beyond. Great competitive rates. Great people in the office and driver/delivery as well as service & maintenance. I would and have recommended them on many occasions.

Excellent customer service. We've had some problems with our boiler after hours, and a tech always responded quickly. The ladies in the office are so nice. Can't say enough good things about Goodrich.
