Gopher Abatement Service

This is a review I have been needing to do but forgotten about due to my busy life! Mike helped me out TREMENDOUSLY with our gopher problem we had last year. He taught me so much about gophers, helped me learn how to eliminate them from my property and really passed his expertise and knowledge of them to me.. for that I am forever grateful. I have a beautiful garden and a lovely cottage front yard with luscious green grass and many flowers. I haven't had 1 single plant destroyed by gophers because of him. The tally for dead gophers from when we first started to today is at 37! We live on acreage in a agricultural zones area of Simi Valley where the lots are so vast and large so there are a lot of gophers here. Thanks to Mike I never have to worry about gophers. Mike is the best. I tried em all.....well not all but: Dash, Catch, Western Exterminator and O'Connor. The worst = Western Exterminator. Just incompetent. Stick to bugs. Dash = cancelled last minute after waiting through their 3 hour window. So they could be okay, but the field tech was not. Catch = too expensive and although they were somewhat okay, when they charged too much just to survey. Gopher Abatement uses no poison, no gas, just kick butt old school trapping. BY FAR, most knowledgable. And the most important 2 aspects: 1. Takes care of business himself. You talk to owner/operator. 2. He trapped my gopher in less than 24 hours when it took Western Exterminator over a month and 4 visits with zero results. Without anymore bashing of competition, there comes a time when

If I could give less than one star I would. Mike the owner answered the phone when I called. I was extremely nice. He was very short off the bat. I explained to him the issue and informed him I had a client with a gopher issue. He asked me what type of client. I was a bit taken back by the question as I had explained from the beginning that I was a landscape designer. He then asked me my clients name. I said politely I don't understand why he needed this information right now. He then said for me in a very rude manor, you can have the homeowner call me! "I don't need to go through you!." I informed Mike that I surely would not be using his service. I told him to have a nice day. He was very rude and downright mean from the start of the call.

I highly recommend Gopher Abatement Service if you have a gopher problem. Mike is simply the best, he really knows his stuff when it comes to gophers. Very knowledgeable. He just set a few traps yesterday, came back this morning, and successfully got a gopher that had been ripping up my front yard.

Mike is AMAZING! He totally saved my yard and my plants from gophers. I have used him several times in the past few years. 100% results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
