I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the service that I received from Dennis and Jake on Friday. I'm a first time homeowner and don't really have a lot of knowledge regarding irrigation systems. Not to mention the previous homeowner left the system in dismay. Dennis was extremely helpful taking the time to explain every detail to me about the control box, valves, and heads, all while teaching Jake (in training) new skills. When we found out the control clock was fried, he warned me against certain brands and was kind enough to go out of his way to purchase one through a local distributor, saving me time and money, and allowing for me to get a high quality clock without having to wait for shipping or settling for lower quality.
