I recently had a roof leak that caused interior damage, and brought in RemediH2O to assess and repair everything. From the first call to the final walkthrough, they were exceptional. Tristen, Dan, and Jake were prompt, professional, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire process. They explained each step, kept the work area clean, and made sure I understood what was happening and why. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship were outstanding. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is this reliable and truly takes pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use RemediH2O again and highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration or water-damage repair. Highly impressed and grateful for their expertise.

Finding RemediH20 was truly a blessing in disguise! They arrived promptly upon funding water damage in our house after coming home from our Christmas trip. Tristan and Logan came on the weekend and quickly isolated the water damage and began mitigating immediately. They answered our questions each and every time (probably some over and over) with respect and concern for everything we were concerned about. Including insurance questions. They work well with your insurance and you to make sure everything is squared away and taken care of. Throughout the entire mitigation process they were the absolute pinnacle of professionalism with every interaction. So much so that I would personally have them provide a workshop to my company on professionalism. They were neat and paid good attention

The RemediH20 technicians were very prompt in their initial response. Logen and Tristen did an excellent job, not only with the mitagation work but also in the care and respect they showed for me and my home thoughout the process. Their work was thorough and detail oriented. Any issues that arose were addressed quickly and professionally. Communication was consistent, clear and top tier from start to finish. 10 out of 10 would use them every time.

Living in grand junction I thought handling a major water damage issue at my house would be simple to solve, but after having 2 other companies out to give me estimates they varied thousands of dollars I reached out to RemediH2O, and they showed up 2 hours after I called and they gave me an estimate that was comprible to the other companies, but the only difference was they were also prepared to do the work on sight. So I made the easy decision and went with RemediH2O. And thank God I did!!!
