Our condo group has been under re-construction for 10+ months. My unit is closest to the construction supply and bi equipment area. I have nothing but good things to say about the project as a whole, the quality of the work, and the thorough and high quality construction. The team has gone above and beyond to minimize disruption and get each phases handled on time.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to give credit where it’s due. Gores did some rehab work in our condo community, and I have to say, they did a fine job. The crew was friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. If they ran into a problem, they didn’t waste any time, just got right on it and made sure things were done right. It’s not often you find a company that takes this much pride in their work anymore. I appreciate their hard work and would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs a good, reliable contractor.

DANGEROUS NAILS, BLADES and other sharp items in the driving lanes that I keep picking up. This is unsafe, unprofessional and inconsiderate. IT IS a danger to older ones who end up with flat tires on the dangerous highways. Gores needs to up their quality, value and customer experience to a higher standard. Get some safety in there. Take a few minutes and pick up the SHARP tire puncture items. “Clean as you go” is what the professionals say. I know you guys can do it. I believe in you. Time to hire a sharp items laborer with a couple magnet rollers. August 29th 2025 Picked up a BUNCH more NAILS on the driving path. Maybe you guys will never be professionals.

I've worked with Gores on a couple of major projects and they consistently impress me. They are professional, communicative, and provide excellent customer service across the board. They work hard to ensure that customers are happy, and they also take the extra time to educate homeowners or customers about work taking place. I will absolutely continue to work with them and bid work to them in the future. Thank you!

We had a 2.4 million update to our condo complex and as the liaison with the owners, I have to say that Gores Construction was worth every penny. They were especially great at handling issues with owners and keeping everyone informed of what they were doing. The quality of work by every team of workers was exceptional and the managers were onsite every day. Than you, Gores for such a positive experience. Our complex is beautiful!
