I can only say positive things about my experience with Gorham Construction. Ethan was on time to every meeting, professional, cost-effective, and an absolute expert in his craft. He exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to give me exactly what I asked for. I strongly recommend hiring him for your next project if you want it done properly. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Ethan was referred to me by some friends and boy am I glad they found him. We just finished remodeling both bathrooms from their original 1958 glory to beautiful modern, functional rooms. Ethan is incredible - detail oriented, conscientious, reliable and skilled. He kept us updated every step of the way as to what needed to be done and when. I am looking forward to starting our next project with Ethan and Gorham Construction. Update - just finished another project with Ethan. This time he removed the old 1958 paneling in our family room and gave clean white walls, new lighting in the kitchen and updated the wiring so we could have a microwave hood installed. So not a big project but a nice refresh. Ethan again, was great to work with and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Was so grateful to find Gorham Construction! After having a very bad experience with a remodel project we were very particular in choosing our next contractor. Ethan did not disappoint in his knowledge and professionalism. I almost don't want to share how great he is so we can keep him to ourselves! We are so pleased with our new bathroom remodel and we have learned so much. Good contractors are hard to find. We look forward to using Gorham Construction for our next project.

We were so lucky to find Ethan to do a very difficult stair replacement last fall. It was a tedious, unusual job that no-one wanted to tackle. Ethan analyzed what needed to be done and created the perfect stairway that matched the existing one. Now it look like there never could have been anything else. We have just recently had him completely redo our entry with wall tile and a glass stair rail. We really appreciated his insight in knowing how this had to be. We have several other small projects that he is helping us with , but if we needed a total remodel we would use him in an instant! He is a perfectionist, knows all the codes, a pleasure to work with, and a very lucky find!
