I'll be succinct on my review, giving rating, explaining reasons and then final thoughts. Overall Experience : Terrible - Context : moving within the same community - 2 bed/bath apartment - Price : way above average (which somehow made me believe that the quality of their work would be better) - Submitted quote request online : informed that I wanted a full move, including complete packing services, disassembling and assembling furniture. Reasons for the rating : - Showed up 1 hour late for the work - Arrived at my house without wrapping tape : I needed to provide the tape - Arrived at my house without tools (I needed to provide the tools) - Forgot to pack and move one complete drawer - I needed to do it myself in very short time - final moving date - Left my working chair in the stree

Overall, they did a good job. We had two houses to move into one bigger home. The first house had 10-15 boxes in one specific area that was marked “AMVETS”. The movers were told specifically to not load those boxes. Unfortunately, they arrived at the new house. Another issue is with our couches. They recline. Since they loaded up the couches, cords that were attached to the couches are now missing and we cannot recline them. Lastly, I have a beautiful, heavy, wooden floor length mirror that was damaged. My daughter has a night stand with 2 drawers. They were both emptied, but Gorilla taped the drawers for some unknown reason. When I took the tape off, it completely ripped off some of the nightstand. Such a great service! They were competitively priced. They arrived early on moving day. They contacted me first though to ensure an early arrival would work with my schedule and were willing to wait until the agreed upon time. They arrived right when they told me they would be there. They packaged and moved everything extremely carefully. They were extremely pleasant and polite to interact with. They unloaded everything very safely, and placed the items exactly where I wanted them. It was a really great experience and I would recommend them again to anyone.
