They are the professionals reliable source for wholesale goods for businesses like mine. Rick , Bob and all the people that work at Gorman Company are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

This is one of the worst companys in brevard, I walk up to the sales department to talk to Rick. The man there said he was. I first ask him does he sell to the public, he said yes, so i ask him about the product i was looking for, he begin to give me the third degree. From there it was bad. Rick told me they don't put the name on there building and why, and on and on. Then i read Theresa review that the owner reply back in that reply back he said that the company does only wholesale, not to the public. whoever the owner is there was no name. Just get your story straight

Horrible customer service. Went to exchange a warranty water heater very rude on the phone and in person. Told $50 for an upcha rge then told $100 when I arrived. Extremely unprofessional.
