Reason for the 3 star...at the final install,(had to come back to hook up my water because the orginal people who told them they would come dig never did, so I contracted some one to do that), I told them I smell propane out back. Few weeks later my house alarms kept going off. Called fire department who found a gas leak in their connection on the Generac. They turned off my tanks, I called my propane company immediately who sent some one out. They also found the leak in their line. Of course I was charged a service call from my Propane,wasn't their line. Contacted Gene of this who responded immediately even on vacation. I call and ask for recommendations: I was well recommended. They work in my home. All done. I call again for services. I am calling and asking some questions before pay this bill. No returning phone calls messages. Now this is why! When you install a new wire in a electric panel box: write number or letter for the breaker you are putting on or talk to the owner that will pay for this service about it. I wanted a turn off and on in the wire it did not was putting on. Please give a call or answer phone call, voice messages, or else. Thanks 4 * start till get it fix.
