I contacted this company as one of three. I called them immediately to say yes to their quote. after not hearing from them, I reached out to what seemed to be a sister company and received no response from them either so I would continue to leave messages and wouldn’t get a response. Finally Danielle picked up when I was leaving a message and assured me I was on the list. Didn’t say where I was on the list and then another few weeks went by without any more communication so I decided to move on with another company even though the quote was higher I just need communication and I wasn’t getting it from this company.

[[Update — Ultimately they came back to heat the surface so that it finally cured. The problem was likely that the ground was too cold in the area closest to the house and in shadow. It’s puzzling that they didn’t recognize this in advance and it took a lot of requests to get it fixed. Not sure why that was the case. I’ve since talked to other folks who do asphalt and they thought something was amiss too.
