Contacted Gosal Heating and Air Conditioning because I have a pending damage claim with an insurance company. Spoke with Kezar, had me send him photos of my furnace and quoted me $75 for an in person diagnostic. Said they would be able to come look at it the following week even said that they could work directly with the insurance company to resolve the matter. Followed up the following week to set a date and time. Spoke with Kezar again and just said I’m no longer interested in your insurance claim then hung up on me. Went with this company because they had 5 star review on Google. They do not deserve 5 stars. Totally unprofessional.

I saw Gosal on Carrier Website and reached out to the number provided by Google. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, cleaned the filter, replaced the thermostat and explained what was happening with the unit. It was a positive experience.

The technician came on time and very polite; after installation was completed, he cleaned everything up and my garage looked as if he was never there.
