Got-A-Go Rentals & Septic Services

It's rare I ever write a review. I have made an exception for Gotta Go. Service is Very Unreliable, Driver comes early or comes late you never know mays as well flip a coin. If the weather is not idea Matt will cancel the service without notice and refuses to allow the drivers to come out. In northern, KY we will always face good and bad weather and if all businesses used the weather as an excuse to refuse services most businesses would last long.

I've heard from a trustworthy and reliable source that knows the business well, that you could say they are the business to do your business with, lol. But truthfully and literally, I've heard that they are very good at service times such as pick up and drop off, and cleaning. And when they clean they make it spiffy and as slick looking as a greasers hair.

Recently used Got a go for a septic service in August 2025. They performed the service as expected, however at the end when the hose was being pulled up, septic spilled out onto the yard all the way up to the truck. It was left for me to tend to and not even notified it was in the yard. I spent an hour spraying the septic out of the yard and out of my neighbors driveway where the truck was parked. Who wants their neighbors septic output in their driveway.. definitely not me. I called to notify the company (I had already cleaned it up so I wasn’t looking for them to do that and was not looking for compensation) and they really didn’t take too much interest in the matter. These porta potty’s are so clean i would use these ones over any other company! I just love how they service them so often and they never stink!!! When I use the restroom I don’t prefer a porta potty but if I had to chose I would chose Got A Go!!

They were great about being on time, but I have security cameras on my house and seen them doing shiesty stuff. I recorded the driver/operator cleaning the rear of his truck off, the pipes he used to pump my septic take and other pipes at the end of my side wall with my water hose from the house. When I called to express my concerns they acted like it was completely normal and that they do it at every occasion. I would not use them ever again for any type of service no matter the circumstances. Heed my warning. Update to make sure people see this
