Overall good experience with NGM. They replaced several gutter downspouts, replaced some exterior wood trim that had rotted due to the leaky downspouts, cleaned our gutters, and replaced the lower part of a foot frame that also had some rot issues. They provided a prompt estimate free of charge (as opposed to other companies that charge around $70-80 for someone to come out). They were prompt and professional in their email communication. I did try to call several times throughout the process for various reasons and usually had to leave a voicemail in order to get a call back and speak to someone. They did great work. I had picked the wrong color siding and they called me and went and switched it for the right color and put it up in the rain. Would deff recommend.

We had a little damage after a major storm. We were very impressed with how quickly NGM was able to come out and do the repairs. They were super responsive. We are so impressed that we plan to use them again for some siding work will need done after we move a door and a window in the back of the house. I definitely recommend this company.
