Gotcha Bed Bug Inspectors

I was absolutely traumatized by the thought of bed bugs. Michael was so understanding and always willing to speak to me while I was so so upset. Always encouraged calls and never put me off. The service was very thorough and punctual and the other Michael was always willing to go the extra mile. My last treatment was Jan 6th and I am so happy that I chose Gotcha. Even now Michael is available for any recommendations and advise. It's really important to secure the right service with caring and knowledgeable people and Gotcha is that company. I can't say enough about how helpful and thoughtful Michael was when I called Gotcha. I wasn't sure if I had bed bugs and he quickly helped me identify that I did not. But even after that, he continued to communicate with me about what kind of pest it was and how to deal with it. That sort of attentiveness and genuinely caring about people (not just customers) is exceptional. If you have a bedbug issue you'll need someone like that to get you to the other side and I know he'd be there for you every step of the way (from questions to next steps)!
