Gotcha Covered Contracting

We had gotcha covered to do our roof on our house because they were one of the contractors that our insurance company used. The first time they were out it appeared to be great until I got on the roof and saw the mess they made of our house. There were holes in the shingles , folded over shingles , gutters slanted the wrong way, downspouts so crooked you could see from 100 yrds, one downspout missing, cuts in the shingles where they cut other shingles, no ice guard under the one area, and two areas where there were big openings between shingles and fascia. They were out 3 times and once by the owner, Joe. They finally got most of the problems fixed after visit number 3. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Had wind damage back on December 2024, called Ian as I was referred to him by a friend. He came out and started the process with the insurance back n fourth, for months for our insurance to finally say ok yeah we will cover things, very frustrating but he handled everything communication with Ian was another thing that is top notch, never had to worry about not understanding this whole process. Anyone that needs roofing done that ask me I will recommend 💯 million percent! I was told by Joe that the job would be done in a day and it was, the crew showed up started working about 8am or so and they were completely done by 5pm! Every question we had was answered to help us understand the process thoroughly, which made the process stress-free. Scheduling was handled efficiently. The staff followed up regularly to ensure we were satisfied and informed. Overall, their commitment to customer care matched the quality of their workmanship. Would highly recommend!!!

I was very happy and pleased with the end product. I had my roof redone, my shed roof, window aluminum trim and deck repainted due to hail damage. Kudos to Dustin their Pm for taking the initiative to come to my house and inform me of my hail damage after inspecting my roof. Gotcha Covered Roofing were great to work with, informed me every step of the way in terms of my repairs and progress. I would recommend them highly. Wish I could give 10 stars- I cannot say enough about how great this company is! Ian is an absolute asset to this company and truly cares, which is hard to find these days. I had hail damage and Ian did a free inspection and found damage that I had no idea even existed on my roof. He worked diligently with my insurance company and showed them all areas that had damage. By insurance standards, they have to cover these things and my claim was approved right away – due to Ian’s thorough inspection. Shaina kept in touch with me while scheduling the work and they completed the work and cleanup in one day! I was completely blown away by the craftsmanship and quality of the work – just amazing! My neighbor had his roof done a couple of weeks prior to me and you can tell the difference in quality
