Luis has been wonderful throughout the renovation process. He helped us from the start of our gut apartment renovation including getting board approval through to the end. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout. The quality of the work, from plumbing and electrical to trim, cabinets, and everything else in between was excellent. Luis listened to our ideas and hopes and helped us to get them done. He really knows his stuff and we recommend him highly. If there was a way for us to give him a sixth star, we would. We were so happy to have found Gotham Builders after being disappointed with our insurance company's pick who backed out after accepting the job. We had a huge hole in our bedroom ceiling directly under the attic...yikes!! After finding Gotham eventually they worked out the final details with our insurance company and it was smooth sailing after that. The crew did a great job and we were extremely pleased with the results. The office assistant Jasmine was also very helpful and also aided us with the replacement of a new ceiling fan as the original was damaged. An all-round great experience.

Gotham Builders did an amazing job with my kitchen renovation. They were easy to work with and their genuine care and attention to detail was admirable. The Project Manager, Luis Batista, was exceptional and ensured that everything turned out the way that I wanted. He was intimately involved with every detail of the renovation project and was very easy to work with. The installers were just as great and my Home Depot kitchen designer, Brittney, was terrific. I would definitely use Gotham again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to undertake any kind of renovation project.
