Gotham Parking

Thwse people scammed me. Double charged my card and then proceeded to use the debit card information to buy staples. They should be in jail!!!

Tried to park here just now with park whiz app. The attendant tried to charge me 40 dollars more than agreed park whiz price which he likely was going to pocket. Am going to contest charge.

Good morning, My name is Scott boone. I parked my vehicle yesterday around 7pm to return back around 11. I paid my fees to the valet attendant and I asked for change from a twenty dollar to provide a tip. Attendant brings my car from right right side of the garage because another blocked my vehicle. I left the garage to head home for the evening and noticed something was missing from my car. I always keep bottle of cologne in my cup holder. I rushed back because i knew for sure i left it in there. Upon arrival i question the two gentlemen like “hey my cologne is missing.” Both attendants acted as if i was imagining this. It was my first time using Gotham Parking last night. We had birthday dinner reservations and decided to drive into the city. Upon arriving, we pulled in and inquired with Miguel about parking and pricing. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable with answering all my questions. Great parking garage with reliable attendants. Will definately keep them in mind for next time.

I live in GW. A friend parked here last week and said that the attendant was satisfactory but not the nicest and couldn’t communicate well. My sister is coming in from out of town this week, if she chooses to park the couple days, I hope the attendant(s) show somewhat professionalism especially since the rates are not the cheapest and there is no discount for tenants. They’ve already told her that she can’t reserve a spot so we’ll see if this even happens. TBD. 😵‍💫
