Jake is a great plumber who know his job and does it well with a wonderful personality. We wanted estimates on four different things and ended up having three done at this time. He never tried to up sell us on anything just explained our options. He was very patient explaining things to us, was on time, was very neat and cleaned up his work area when finished. I couldn’t be more pleased with Jake or Gottier Plumbing and will continue to use them.

Service was great. Appreciated that when running late for our scheduled appointment Gottier called to advise why (technician was held up with earlier appointment to get heat on for a customer - completely understandable as it is 9 degrees today). Makes it easy to wait when you know there is a good reason; and Mateo showed up ready to go to work on our problem.
