JULY2025 Fairly descent garage. It’s close to downtown Annapolis and the rate is fare. Easy walk to the Naval Academy and surrounding areas. The security room is always empty(whenever I’ve had to park here.

you'd better pay extra to be safe, cameras everywhere, you'll get a $50 ticket if you go over at all. It used to be that you would get stuck in there after concerts and it would take hours to get out. Now its quicker, but it cost 5 times as much. Park elsewhere if you can

I loathe the Metropolis payment management company that now manages vehicle payment for the Gotts Court Garage. The "set and forget" setup is convenient until something goes wrong (like your credit card expires) and then you receive a $50 parking citation in the mail weeks later and it takes an hour of your time to sort it out. You pay for your (in)convenience. I recommend parking at the superior Noah Hillman Garage in the heart of downtown Annapolis, where you can make point-of-purchase payment at their machine upon entrance and not be hassled by the Gotts Court experience.

Spaces have been available every time I've parked there. Employees are helpful about getting you through the process. However, it is expensive to park near the MD Legislative Offices.

Changed over to a billing app. Said it was $5 event parking still and venue I went to had a parking discount. Was charged $5.45 with the discount. So they either need new signage or haven't perfected the app.
