I called in the morning and the serviceman showed up at noon. Matt diagnosed the problem and unfortunately didn't have the part on his truck so he ordered it.To my surprise I got a call 2 days later and he came out to install the part. I didn't expect it that fast. Fantastic service and a great technician, I highly recommend MATT and gough heating and cooling

I can’t recommend Randy from Gough enough. I’ve had issues with my furnace and he has gone above and beyond to ensure that it’s running properly and we didn’t have to struggle through the freezing temperatures. Very reliable and trustworthy. If you use this company, request Randy. You won’t regret it!

We needed our furnace serviced. Another company had been out and told us we needed a new furnace. The tech seemed kind of shady so based on a recommendation we called and asked for Randy at Gough. He exceeded our expectations! He was able to fix our furnace and said it was good for a few more years. And the cost for the service was extremely reasonable! We will use them again when needed and recommend them to anyone else needing this kind of service. Thank you Randy!
