Goulds Pumps

Great team, you can tell they are dedicated to customer service. We had a mix up with an order (through no fault of Gould Pumps) and our job was halted. We needed these pumps to clear the job for the last a month and we were scrambling. I called in and spoke with Jim who was extremely helpful. I had to drive over 4 hours both ways to get the proper equipment and was concerned I wouldn't make it before closw. Jim went as far as to give me his personal cell phone number and told me if I got there past closing time to call him and he would meet me at the shop. luckily I made it in time and Jim and his team loaded it up. This is how you make a life long customer!
