The product once was a solid product with a consistent warranty. Now I have a $1500 estimate in front of me because their shotty workmanship failed just over the 1 year their standard warranty is. I also because of lack of choice had my plumber install a second larger one (before i knew the first one developed a crack) and less than a week after installation there are signs of corrosion.
YEARS AGO WHEN MEL WAS WORKING, THE STAFF WERE GREAT. PRETTY MUCH SAME STAFF. THEY ARE JUST HORRIBLE, PERHAPS UNHAPPY. I WAS SURPRISED TO HEAR HOW MANY SUPPLIERS, HAVE STOPPED DEALING WITH THEM. I MADE CALLS TODAY, CAUSE I DON'T GET THEIR ISSUE. WHAT A SHAME, NEED TO GET RID OF THE CURRENT OFFICE PEOPLE. NOTHING LIKE NEW BLOOD. ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY.
