First time homeowner. I had no experience in hvac but was told I needed a capacitor for my home air conditioner that wasnt blowing cold. So i called the owner and he said he had one stock. Not only did he wait for me beyond his working hours, but when I couldn't get the air conditioner to start, he helped me troubleshoot and fix it over the phone step by step. He could've said well call an expert or pay me so I can come fix it for you, etc, but no he went above and beyond! Not many people out there like that. I highly recommend him!

The most honest A/C shop you can get Gabriel is always straight to the point and figures out what’s causing my problem. I was about to buy a motor because I thought that was my issue, but instead Gabriel found out my problem was with a capacitor and he was right! Most other stores would have ripped me off and have me bought both! He took the time to explain why that was the issue and how to connect everything. I cannot recommend this store enough! When you have a heat or cool problem call GR! I know I will.

I needed a sensor on a Sunday for my furnace, and Gabriel came to the store and provided us with the sensor, went above and beyond customer service, and more importantly very understanding, definitely I recommend him, and his business for anything, keep up the amazing work, and thank you for taking care of customers needs at a timely speed, efficiency, and great quality!
