We have been customers of Graham Heating and Air for years and have always had a good experience. The technicians are highly trained and very helpful in understanding any problems they find. They provide solutions to consider and never pressure us to buy anything. We appreciate that over the years when our AC died they were there within a few hours - not days out from the event - even on the weekend. Great company.

Zach is very professional and easy to talk to. He came and looked at my old unit, answered my questions, and then we sat down and he proposed a plan for an HVAC system replacement. All work was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Zach also gave me a chance to ask follow-up questions after the install. I'm very happy with my new Trane HVAC. I have called the office different times to inquire on information regarding this process. Barbie is very knowledgeable and has been ready and willing to email me any paperwork I have requested in order to apply for rebates. Very happy with Graham Air Conditioning.

This is the ONLY place that I would let take care of my HVAC system. Chance is amazing and super nice!!! He is like an old friend. I actually look forward to seeing him. 😊 He did a full maintenance inspection and had no issue with me being right there. He explained every step he took and why. Graham has always been quick to respond. The technicians know their stuff. I am always happy with their service. Alyssa has been my tech for 3 years and is very professional and respectful of property. I enjoy the fact she is very informative and has always been so kind. As an older female I appreciate her patience with me and my questions.

The technician, Dustin, arrived on time. He really knew what he was talking about while we were discussing my HVAC system. He recommended a couple of things I should consider implementing to improve the system.
