We built our 1/2 acre pond, more than three years ago but it never held water past 1/3 full. As a major feature of our property we were frustrated to say the least. Spoke with a dozen "pond experts", pond/ lake contractors and consultants and couldn't find or persuade the right contractor that we were confident in rebuild our pond. We choose Graham Land Services as our contractor to demo an old house on our property. Tod worked with us to customize our approach to this project and was upfront and honest with us about all cost. I cant say enough good things about him and his company. He was responsive, available and showed up exactly when he said he would. They did such a great job with the demo and restored and graded the site back to its original state. We also had them to do select and precision clearing around 2 of our ponds. Cannot say enough about how great Graham Land Services is as a company and the finished product which was outstanding and far beyond what I had anticipated. Tod replied the day I asked a question about a new pond. They mobilized within a week and brought out a first class dozer that was huge. Ryan is a great operator who made it look easy. We started with a 1/2 acre pond and after they started they laid out options for increasing the size at a very affordable price. We under up with a 1.25 acre pond that looks beautiful - now we need a good rain! The last day Ryan really transformed our pastures by taking out a lot of brush and many trees. Todd and his crew dug out my new pond, cleared some brush, and built my driveway base and house pad. The entire experience from beginning to end was seamless and extremely easy. I can’t say enough good things about this company! They are honest, have competitive pricing, and get the job knocked out very fast. We are extremely happy with the 1/2 acre pond they dug for us.
