I’ll be completely honest initially I had no issues with this company. They were fairly quick when it came to the process of installation for a septic system. However, roughly 6 months later, we had a disconnected pipe underneath the house that was not sealed properly come a loose and we fixed it personally. There is also currently a leak where the sprinkler system was at and after trying multiple times to get in contact with the office it seemed impossible to reach anyone for assistance. When I finally did reach someone, I’m assuming the contract manager I was told that I had to rely on another customer in my area to have their water meter ready for installation before they were able to come and fix mine because it was in my area. KB septic did an excellent job at my house. I was very impressed with their work. They said they would be at my house at 7am ready to go, and they did not disappoint. They were there 10 minutes to 7 with everything needed to pull out our old septic system and put in a new aerobic system. They were complete in 4hrs and 45min. 2yr warranty and 2 yr of inspections included. Talking with the ladies in the office was also very informative and helpful in the process. I would highly recommend the team at K&B Septic! They put the excess dirt where I wanted as well.

Andrew and his crew did an awesome job! They were here on time and cleaned up after themselves. All my questions were answered and they explained how everything worked! I would recommend them for anyone needed septic work done
