Welcome to Graham Patient Parking Ramp — where hope, stress, and Honda CR-Vs all circle together in tight spirals. You don’t just park here. You ascend. Round and round you go like you’re being gently folded into a concrete cinnamon roll of destiny. Every level feels identical. Every turn whispers, “Maybe the next one.” 🚗🌀 The lighting? Bright enough to question your life choices. The signage? Clear, yet somehow still confusing when your brain is running on hospital coffee and emotional bandwidth at 12 percent. Pro tip: take a picture of your row number. I once wandered this structure like I was searching for Atlantis. By the time I found my truck, I felt like I’d completed a low-impact cardio session. But credit where it’s due. It’s clean. It’s organized. It’s surprisingly efficient for t

Follow the route suggestions from the city and Mayo links and it's easy. Lots of traffic ppl posted to help move traffic along. Plenty of parking in early morning. By afternoon you'll be parking way up. I always drop my wife off at the Charlton and then go park at the Graham so she is alway on time. Traffic in the parking lot can be slow if you get behind ppl that have never been here before. Other than that it is a great place to park. Easy in easy out.

You need to get to the ramp early in the day if you want a parking spot for morning appointments. Recommend giving yourself at least 40 minutes early arrival time to this lot to see if parking is available. If not other parking ramp/overflow is just a couple of blocks away so this should give you the time needed to make your scheduled appointment. Ramp is clean, safe, and elevator to move you around.

Great access to Mayo buildings. 5 star attendants (if needed - mostly pay inside near elevators or it's a free day quite regularly, though I don't know the rhyme or reason of how these are chosen) At elevators are cards for you that note your location. Take one - very helpful. Recommend car over a larger vehicle. Ramp is tight and every full size pickup suv or whatever other stupid monstrosity people drive around makes it even tighter. If you have a sedan it's significantly easier to drive and park.

The day we went we were able to get a parking spot on the Subway Level. The traffic around Mayo was moving quite well.
