Exceptional service, with competitive bid. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to purchase a whole house generator from them. Communication was excellent, and the service/installation smooth and easy. Every single person we met has been professional and friendly. When we agreed on the sale, we were told it could get scheduled in the next two weeks, but it actually got completed sooner ! That’s FIVE STAR !

Would not recommend this company!!! Received an initial quote for generac panel replacement and transfer switch. We payed for the service done to the generac and a deposit towards remainder. Another electrician also doing work at the house ended up doing some of the quoted work by this company. We called graham and sons to let them know and ask for a quote for the remaining work to be done. We were informed that we had a contract (nothing signed) and that it would be the original quoted amount ( even though they would be doing less work). To make a long story short- we could not come to an agreement (numerous phone calls) even trying to just buy the panels that had been ordered - they wanted additional funds. They refused to return the remainder of the deposit. The company rep said the

We had a whole house generator installed. We are new to Jasper. From day one it was a pleasurable experience. They took really good care of us. They even made sure they were done in time for hurricane Helene. Would highly recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish! We contacted them about a whole home generator and was so impressed with the whole team! The lovely lady at the front office was always friendly when we called and was very quick to send over the quotes. We were so impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to help us find the right system to run our house. We talked to a few other companies and got quotes but knew when Geoff walked away we were going to use them. The installation was clean and neat and they we good about explaining how to use the system. Good people who care about doing good work!
