Grainger Industrial Supply

I have ordered online from Grainger before but never knew they had a physical location in Boise. Needed a hard to find part and of course they had over 100 in stock. When you can’t find something at Home Depot or Lowe’s call Grainger or stop by.

I did not know this store was open to the public, but needed some tools and supplies for my workplace around the corner. Grainger not only had amazing prices on everything I needed, the customer service was INCREDIBLE. I will be doing my shopping here from now on. Also, my car battery died in the parking lot, and the employees came right out to help me get on my way.

Jamie Callahan, helped me from the start and was a rockstar, she knows all the ins and outs of equipment questions can’t enough good things! She is a really sweet and kick butt employee.

Very helpful owner! The way I was dressed, she could have treated me much differently! But she took my needs as if they were as important to her as they were to me!!! This may be a specialty store, but it does have that small town caring for each person that comes in the door! Even down to the free water and electrolight drink flavors that great you at the door!

I absolutely love shopping at Grainger. I’m a regular customer and for good reason—the shipping is incredibly fast, and they almost always have what I need in stock. Even when they don’t, it feels like they’ve got a way to source just about anything you could ever want. Everything I’ve ordered has been high quality, and while the prices can be a bit on the higher side, the reliability, speed, and service make it well worth it. Definitely one of my go-to suppliers.
