Of you like tools and such this place is great. They have specialized items for a variety of Trades. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I usually order online and pickup. Prices in general for tool "brands" are generally higher than HD or other hardware stores. However they sell only quality brands. (No off brands)

Just found this place and oddly enough using it for shipping supplies. Four stars because their credit card machine has not been working it sounds like and there's not a whole lot of people running around with cash in their pocket. More than two stars because the girls working the front desk were nice and told me that they would just take it out of cash that they had. which equated to $1.26. I will bring them a $1.26 later but it was really cool of them to let me take it with the amount of money I did have

More than one trip to the store where the order was placed. One item was due in today but that can't be confirmed because the call center number is a waste of time as well. Thank goodness we don't need it right away and will wait a couple of more days, giving it time to come in. Btw, if you have our email address to send ads to, why not automatically send a message to that same email address when the order comes in?

I visited the store on November 13th to pick up a large Werner ladder that I had ordered. I had parked my truck not in the way of the loading dock, but just to the side of it so that it would be easier to load up my new ladder. I was rudely told by a female employee to move it even though I was the only customer parked in front of the store and the time it took to pickup my order was less than 5 minutes. So I walked the ladder myself down the ramp and back to my truck. It was only a minor inconvenience, but I did not appreciate the sass that I received from said employee.

Terrible customer service, extremely difficult to work with. Every location is directed to a call center, it is impossible to talk to someone local. I was told they had an item in stock.However, once I got to the store, they did not have it in stock. Don't waste your time go somewhere else
